Dad, pilot, planner, reader, and the guy the kids think mostly goes to lunch. Fond of checklists, useful businesses, and occasional transportation decisions that require explanation.

Heidi

Registered nurse, homeschool leader, family MVP, and the calm center of the operation. She has kept the whole thing moving through Navy life, moves, babies, businesses, and my ideas.

Lily

Big sister, dancer, reader, helper, negotiator, and occasional second mom. Sweet, sharp, and fully capable of running the house, or at least believing she does.

Dex

Sports guy, rule observer, sensitive soul, and owner of a sly sense of humor. Throws a ball for hours and has athletic gifts that did not come from me.

Max

Sweet, sharp, working on Max time, and interested in whatever his siblings are doing. Also a young theologian with strong opinions and selective dinner participation.

Hux

Youngest, loudest, often shirtless, fully committed to keeping up, and rarely mysterious about what he wants. A wildcard in the most accurate sense.
